Raising Multilingual Kids & Little Global Citizens

The best way to learn Chinese is with resources and engaging activities. Many parents around the world are realizing the benefits of learning Chinese including celebrity and high profile parents such as Mark Zuckerberg.

Through these Chinese lessons, you can expect your kids to learn basic Chinese words and vocabulary in a fun and easy way. These online lessons are aimed at teaching children the basics of the Chinese language.

16 classes: 60 minutes (1h)

  • Easy Steps for Kids – age 7-10
    A series of Chinese textbooks specifically designed for kids from non-Chinese backgrounds. It covers four levels, each of which is made up of two volumes: a and b. Beautifully designed illustrations, simple sentences and dialogues and lovely songs among other means are adopted to develop the kids’ interest in learning Chinese and help them lay a solid Chinese foundation by mastering such fundamental Chinese knowledge as numbers, basic strokes, self-introduction and daily expressions.

16 classes: 90 minutes (1,5h) – total 24 hours

  • Chinese Paradise – age 11-14(Youth Chinese Test Prep Courses)
    There are six levels in total, with 12 books in each level. Levels 1-3 correspond to YCT 1-2, and Levels 4-6 correspond to YCT 3-4. Simulated YCT exercises, and English translation. The story makes good use of the vocabulary and sentence patterns in the textbook and is characterized by simple language and lively pictures. It gives young readers wings, taking them on a journey of fascinating reading while helping them consolidate what they’ve learned in the textbook.

The Youth Chinese Test (YCT) is an international standardized Chinese language test, which is directed at examining non-native primary and secondary school students’ ability to apply Chinese language in their studies and daily lives.
