Learning Chinese is not about memorizing words and taking exams! We don’t teach our students memorizing words for just HSK exam. Peking Institute – Chinese language programs are designed for business professionals, global families and children.

ADMISSIONS

All courses are performed online on ZOOM platform. In-class courses (Warsaw, Beijing) performed at the special request.

Step ONE : Contact Peking Institute to sign up and set time for an Assessment Test (a pre-test where teacher can evaluate students’ strengths, weaknesses, knowledge and skills before their instruction) If you just start your journey with Chinese language your level should be HSK 1 (no test required).

Step TWO : Application form will be send to your e-mail or messenger. Select a course.

Step THREE : Bank transfer, is a preferred mode of payment (title: your name, surname and name of the course).

Step FOUR : You receive confirmation and course information to your e-mail or messenger.

Step FIVE : Log in to your course and enjoy!

Attendance policy
• Candidates/Students should attend all the scheduled course sessions, and the attendance will be recorded in the attendance sheet.
• Attendance of up to 75% may be accepted in exceptional and emergency cases on a case by case basis.
• If the attendance falls below 75%, no certificate will be issued.
• A Candidate can complete the missed training hours by attending a future course, if available by paying additional fees, which can make the Candidate/Student eligible to continue the training and complete the course.
Refund Policy
• If the Institute cancels the course prior to the beginning of the course, then 100% of course fees shall be refunded, or the course will be rescheduled.
• If the Insitute cancels the course after the beginning of the course, then the center will reschedule the balance duration of classes or refund the balance fees on a pro-rata basis.
• If cancellation is asked by the Candidate/Student Client prior to the course beginning date. The Candidate / Student, Client has to notify to the Institut office for requesting any refund.
• If the notification of cancellation is made 5 working days before the course start date, then 100% of course fees shall be refunded.
• If the notification of cancellation is made within 5 working days before the course starts, then only 50% of the course fees shall be refunded.
• If any cancellation is made after the course start date, then no course fees will be refunded back.
